Okay, first off here, before I even checked in, I was outside smoking and wanted to be sure to keep away from the entrance. So, I, at first, was standing in a decorative patch of large gravel stones. I immediately looked down as I was about to set down my bags, and noticed the ground was MOVING with these strange bugs ALL OVER! So, I got the creeps right off the bat and moved to the pavement instead! Then, upon check-in, I immediately noticed these other BED BUGS ON THE FLOOR! AT FIRST, A COUPLE, THEN, I KEPT FINDING MORE... I didn't find any in the raised beds, so, as I was exhausted from the two day long bus trip, I figured what the hell, I guess I'll be okay for this ONE NIGHT. Then, I turned off the lights. I got back up and turned on the light to go out for one final smoke before bed, Ave these need bugs were SWARMING THE FLOORS! JUST OMFG! SO, I slept with a light on to keep them away, so just too exhausted to ask to switch to an upstairs room or something. I am disabled, and was on a ton of pain, so I just left the light on and as there still were none in the beds, I went to sleep. I didn't take any photos or video, but looking back, I wish that I had and asked for a refund. I'm STILL angry and disgusted by the entire experience! I will say that the staff at the counter allowed me to check-in a bit early, and didn't require a security deposit, either. So that much was nice! Housekeeping did open my door while I was on the toilet 20 minutes before checkout, though...

Two of three towels were stained and did not appear laundered after whatever they were stained with. Trash had been collected in large bags from rooms, and left leaning against one trash can outside the entrance to my room overnight. The room was very rundown looking with soiled paint, a bedside table that was falling off its wall anchors, greasy, smudged countertops, and the bathtub had a chipped failing surface paint job with blackened, moldy caulking around it. I would not stay here again at any price.

Location great but not very clean and kinda loud.
The room looked nice and updated. However there were tiny bugs in the room on the walls and in the bathroom near the sink and shower. Everything else was fine. We had to keep all our foid even our dry snacks in the refrigerator to keep the bugs from getting into it. There were constant ambulance sirens all through the night and gunshots constantly. I didn't think this area would feel unsafe, but i was whistled at and yelled at as i walked both to and from my car (uncomfortable especially at night). There were plenty of places near by to eat and lots of stores, even a movie theater which was great!

Went to check in at 3pm, was given a key and asked to return at 5pm, returned back and went to room, no blankets, all cabinets opened, ceiling vents on the bed, dirty, dirty and gross dog hair... Mgr Denise, gave us a $20 discount and asked us to wait while they cleaned the room, 8pm STILL NOT CLEAN and was rude told us they full, HEY I gave you $20 off just wait! Manager seemed to by on DRUGS!! as everyone else at this PLACE. DON'T STAY HERE, its a JOKE. MAID was a smart ass as well NO CLASS!! STAY AWAY!!

On line states check in 11:00am. Room not ready when I arrived. Was told by clerk on line information was wrong, check in is 3:30p and I would be notified by phone. Never received call. Arrived at 3:30p room was still not ready and asked for a refund which was granted. Also was told by the morning clerk that the tv may not work, and was told by the afternoon clerk that the phone was not working. In both instances I was going to be charged with the standard rate.

Staff was great! Facility is dirty and rundown. Area felt unsafe, people out in the parking lot with loose dogs. LOTS of cockroaches in the room, adults and babies, infested. No soaps or even a blow dryer in the room. We stayed in the studio side which is apparently worse than the motel side, the full sized fridge made the room smell like it had been unplugged for awhile but it was plugged in, smelled terrible inside. No tv remote.

We had a reservation for two beds. When we arrived, they only had rooms with one bed. Don't know how you can have a reservation and not have the room available when you arrive. The desk clerk was extremely unhelpful and had no options for us. So we left. Hope Orbitz will refund our paid money since the room we reserved was not available.

Dennis was helpful. Very accommodating. But room we were given had not been cleaned, had no bedding. We were given keys to a different room. The keys didn’t work. I was given another set of newer key cards. They didn’t work. A guy was called to see what was wrong with the lock. Turns out the room was occupied. So, we were given a small room to rest while our original room was cleaned and bedding put on. I was told they would tell us as soon as it was ready. At 5:00 PM I went to the room anyway to see that it had been ready for some time. We moved to the room that was now ready. Water in the tub/shower dripped at a slow run all the time we were there. Could not shut off. Sink barely drained. One dresser drawer was broken. We called the day before to make sure extended stay room had pots and pans, etc. There were none in the room. Upon asking about it I was taken to a room and given a large rubber container with the kitchen stuff to take to my room. Taking stuff out of the container I discovered mouse poop in the box with the dishes. It felt as if the people there were too thinly spread and money was not being spent to maintain the property. But the people were nice and responsive.

ROACHES! In 3 years on the road, staying at properties all across the country at over 50 hotels-we have NEVER stayed in a place with roaches. We checked out after 5 1/2 hours even though we had been on the road for 17 hours just previously. We will NEVER stay at a Studio 6, or Motel 6 again!

One word: ROACHES!
One word: ROACHES!!!!! It’s hard to have rooms with kitchens and not anticipate roaches, with knowing that fact, I would have expected the owners of the motel to have exterminator services on a regular schedule. It’s disturbing to wake up, flip the lights and watch roaches scatter. It would have been a decent stay less roaches.

The online did not tell me that there will be a deposit of 100$. The rooms were ditty. The staff had to change my room 2 times during checking me in I was very tired from my job but could not cause they had to clean the rooms for me overall stay was bad adjacent hotel guess we're yelling out side and talking to themselves as if they were on some sort of drugs I wanted to relax in pool and hot suna but the water was green

Fewer cockroaches on the second floor
Neighborhood is not particularly safe. My wife and I ordered a king and got two queens. They were cockroaches all over the floor but according to security fewer cockroaches on the second floor. The service was subpar. Check out was more difficult than I have ever had at any hotel in my life. They refused to let me check out until somebody physically went to the room and checked it. Spend the extra 20 bucks and stay literally anywhere else!
