Although I liked the room and pricing, I was a bit disappointed as from the advertising , I expected a restaurant in the hotel but the one is permanently closed. Also, there was no elevator and you had to climb steep stairs with your luggage . The walls are paper thin and you can hear adjacent rooms and hallways. Unfortunately I would not stay there again if in the area on business or personal again.

Had a family event taking place in Fresno and found this hotel for a good price over the rest in its class. Would certainly stay there again.

They had ample parking. Exterior for the hallway never locked. Breakfast ran out of food and the breakfast room was too small for the number of guests. Property snd furniture in severe need of renovation.

Was assigned a room that had left over previous renter information, TV set without remote control, and some type of cut electrical cable. I was provided with another room, but not sure if i return back to ramada chain.

You need to have your breakfast area open later than 9:00 am. Both bathroom fixtures,sink and tub, have needed to be replaced for quite some time. I would say this place is Okay but that's it. Nice pool area.

Had to change rooms because the first room the lock was malfunctioning on the door and the toilet was clogged. Staff was very understanding and accommodating though. Overall I was very happy with my stay.

Most shopping and sine fast food was in a short walking distance. Exterior Appearance, grounds, po and hot tub are in great shape and well maintained. The rooms are dated, smelly and worn. Housekeeping is weak. My 2 rooms were not cleaned or fresh towels thatvwere requested were changed.

While checking in I was told that my room would be on the second floor. Not a problem, I'll take the elevator. Nope, they don't have an elevator. Well this a problem as I have recently had surgery on my foot. I ask if they have anything on the first floor. Yes, he says, but the room will cost more. Peachy. I am going to be penalized for being handicapped. I raise a little bit of a fuss and the clerk makes a phone call. I end up on the first floor at the second floor price.

I was pleasantly surprised at how efficient, professional and very kind. Extremely helpful in booking the right room for me and extending my stay when needed. The staff is extremely accommodating and the pool and jacuzzi are very well maintained and beautiful! I’m from the area and very impressed!

The only thing I disliked was the platform the mattresses sit on. It’s extremely loud like a drum. It woke my baby up more than several times.

The check in was easy and service was excellent. The staff, Diana and Alex demonstrated friendly and hospitality as we checked in. They were very helpful in advising nearby restaurants as well. The room was very spacious. We booked a one bedroom suite. The rooms were very clean and comfortable as well. We had a quiet and restful night. It is also nice to have breakfast included . You also have a Starbucks and McDonald’s across the hotel 1 minute. Overall, well worth the budget friendly price.

Our room was very cramped. We stayed for three days and two nights and our room was never cleaned. We tried watching television and the signal kept going off. I was expecting a much more comfortable stay since I had stayed there before, but it was difficult to feel comfortable. For some reason, they also gave us a room for a person with a disability. Our shower had no way to keep the water in so when we did shower the entire bathroom got wet.
