"DO NOT STAY HERE! Staff is unfriendly to work with. There were police serving a warrant. I was with a group of HS wrestlers. Police said we didn’t look like the type of people to stay there. We got keys, checked the rooms which were poorly maintained. Asked for a refund of rooms and staff and since we took the keys, we checked in and no refund would be granted This is the worst customer service I have ever had booking through Expedia. It makes me question who wrote the other reviews "

"This hotel is definitely so nasty.! Microwave dirty, mildew on the shower curtain, dirty broke fridge, towels full of humans hair etc. was in room 165 so NASTY! NEVER AGAIN !"

"This hotel needs a major renovation. Bathtub had a crack in it. The plumbing is from the 60’s or 70’s, Very old looking room. The staff was nice and the breakfast buffet was good."

"The sheets had stains, the towels had hairs in them, the tub had mold. The walls were brown and disgusting. The staff just pretended to be non existent. The pictures don’t match the property."

"Your standard hotel, if you need a bite to eat Subways is on the property. All other places to eat seem to close down around 3pm. This is a business district. Amtrak stair is 2 1/2 blocks from this hotel. Early check in is ok upon request. There is a pool but it wasn’t open due to maintenance."
