"Booked a room early in the day, I didn’t plan on staying long so I packed light, drove 2 hours, and staff told me they canceled my reservation because they were booked, they didn’t call or text, nothing. They just gave me an unexpected surprise. I didn’t have enough cash for another hotel and was told the refund could take 7-10 days. Had to sleep in my car, only I couldn’t sleep because I was freezing. Don’t book a reservation here online in the winter, you might freeze to death in your car instead. They don’t care either they will just blame it on 3rd party sites, and put your money in their pocket."

"As I stayed Room 132, I am afraid I cannot give them a high mark. Although staffs were great, the room was not so much. Basically, Psychodidae (commonly known as Drain Flies/Sewer Flies) was everywhere. They kept coming which indicates a plumbing issue or buildup in this property. As I understand it takes a lot of care to keep the property upright, I could not make myself relax during my stay. I believe this affected my performance degradation in the following day. Although there were positive side (again, staff and free breakfast to begin with), that did not offset the negative side that I got. Sorry I wish I could make my review nicer."

"The property was old but didn't care about that since it was 1 night. I left car there. I was skeptical because I usually park in another facility. The pick up was fine. On the way back the driver turned around as we were going to my car or I thought. He turned around to pick up some people.. Twenty minutes later he passes Middlebelt where I stayed at the Wyndham. He takes everyone to Valet connections. I said this is where I get off. It was stated yes. I go in and lady was unfriendly asked for my ticket. I said I don't have a ticket I got picked up from Wyndham. She calls back and he said I said valet. Why would I say valet? I said the hotel. Very dysfunctional and unprofessional. I want a refund. Never again. "

"The breakfast was hot garbage. The room was clean but it is old and has holes in the cushions and peeling fake leather. The hot tub and pool is clean. Front desk staff is amazing. Now the integrity of the cleaning staff that's another thing. When you accidentally leave something and staff says nope. Just don't even look at this place "
