Great stay

Great little boutique hotel very clean room comfortable beds . Lovely breakfast and staff very helpful nothing to much trouble

Everything was perfect. Do not forget to agree with the hotel if you are checking in late.

I liked everything about the hotel, I stayed in this hotel lots of times and every time I stay I enjoy it more and more, the staff are all friendly and welcoming, and very helpful. Everything is great around the hotel, lots of shops restaurants and the beach 3 minutes walk. Thank you all for making my stay wonderful and relaxing. Keep up with great work. Mustapha elghorri

We had a lovely 2-night stay here in this character property conveniently tucked away from a main road. We had a comfortable triple room and what we really liked about the set-up was there was a small wall divider, so compartmentalising the room in some way; it was also useful to have a small fridge and the a/c was very welcome too. The pool was excellent with lots of comfortable sun loungers and all in a very pleasant garden setting. Lovely and peaceful at all times. The hosts offer a very...

Nice is lively and bursting with personality and this Hotel provides a great location for exploring it all. You are walking distance from the vibrant Promenade and Beach. (5 mins) Equally good for the station where we took a day trip to Monaco during our stay. The atmospheric Old Town is a little further but still only about a 10 minute walk away. Fabulous restaurants all over the place. The staff are lovely, helpful and efficient. Great Breakfast included in our booking. The Garden is...

Beautiful inside, it was really helpful to have a mobile phone to take out free of charge!

Location was fantastic - right on the edge of the vibrant old town this is the place to be , for food , atmosphere and enjoyment. Facilities in apartment were fabulous - definitely upgrade and get a view of Place Massena Square Property lacked basic guide for example no information on Nice , no emergency contact details no fire exit procedure . but that is definitely the only negative about this property . Reception for Hotel downstairs closed at 8pm

Perfect location, spacious rooms, very clean and lovely staff

Excellent hotel with very helpful staff! Great location for going into town and great location if you enjoy playing golf! Great spa with excellent choice of treatments! The rooms are great, good bed and very quiet! Great pool and the breakfast has loads of choice, very good! The only down thing is the bugs, mosquitoes. I would be good if the hotel puts a bug diffuser so they don’t bite in the night! As my husband and I have been bitten to death!

What a beautiful stay I’ve had. Everything was perfect. Advice for uk travellers, there are no tea making facilities in the room (in mine there wasn’t) but there is downstairs near reception. It was a 3pm check in but you can leave your bags with reception prior to this time. Breakfast was very nice with large choice of continental items, unlimited! All staff are a credit to the ibis brand. Will definitely stay again.

Brilliant service. Great atmosphere, unlimited refreshments & comfortable mattresses with both firm & fluffy pillows to please everyone’s preference.

We thought this was such a great hotel for its reasonableness in price and everything it had to offer, quite the little find we thought! We arrived by train, St-Laurent-du-var station was only 5-10min walk to hotel. Hotel is literally across the road from the brilliant CAP3000 shopping mall, which in 30+ temperatures was a relief to have next door with Great shops, restaurants. We got 12+ buses easily into Nice, stop is just 3mins walk, from outside mall, cost €7 for day pass. Took about 20mins...

A very functional Hotel, clean and with sizeable rooms. The breakfast spread is continental with no warm dishes. It is ideal for business travellers. It is about 10 minutes walk from the City Center. The Wifi can be erratic at times

Very nice hotel. Great view from executive sea view room

I can't sing their praises enough. If you want mad excitement, this isn't your kind of place. If you want a very slightly old-fashioned, quiet, calm, comfortable hotel, where the breakfast is fine, where there is an ok dinner if you want one, where the room is cleaned properly every day, where the staff are attentive, charming and generous, where the air con works perfectly, where the pool is swimmable, where if you wanted you could idle a whole summer day away, this is the place for you. The...

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa Otero in March 2016. The retro boutique style of the whole place is fantastic with amazing attention to detail. Our room was a good size for us and our toddler daughter. The room was generally very clean with room service provided every day. The hotel manager was very attentive to setting up a cot for us in our room when we arrived and making sure our daughter had somewhere comfortable to sleep. The room was very quiet and we didn't hear a thing from other...

Fantastic hotel, full of character with a central location in the old town. Staff couldn’t do enough for us, super friendly as well. Thank you, can’t recommend highly enough
