"This hotel is amazing, in a beautiful setting overlooking the lake with stunning views from our balcony. The staff were excellent, accommodating us when we needed twin beds not a double into a bigger and better room that came at the same price. There was a good choice at breakfast which we had on two occosions but we chose to wander through the old town on most days for other options and to take in the atmosphere. A truly lovely place just a short walk through the woods down to the lake and then a lovely walk to the old town. I cannt recommend this hotel highly enough and Annecy as a place to visit, it is truly stunning and the people friendly and welcoming. "
