"The area is beautiful and the city centre is easy to reach. The service and staff are great, always willing to help. We return every year, always opt for a room with breakfast, which is delicious. It’s a great place for families, child friendly with playground on site. Overall good, but the cleaning / room service could be better. I actually approached a cleaner asking to clean the room again. I raised this before, please can management address the issue with the room cleaning."

Easy stroll across the Elbe River to take in the view of the city at night. Plenty of good restaurants at various price points nearby. Very quiet hotel."

"Terrific last minute booking. Market right out the front door and walkable to and from Hauptbahnhof. Took up the breakfast option and the bakery items in particular straight from the oven. Easy checkin and so easy to walk around the main Altstadt area. Even though it was busy weekend in town the value for money was good. Room was really comfy. "
