Wir waren für eine Nacht im Alekto und sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und trotzdem ruhig. Zimmer waren sauber, am Frühstück ist auch nichts auszusetzen, vielseitig und gut.

Immer gerne wieder!!!

Wie jedes Jahr bei meiner Geschäftsreise in die Gegend, war das Personal im Hotel sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Trotz Corona-Zeit mit Maskenpflicht und geschlossenem Restaurant am Abend, war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Leider waren nicht viele Gäste anwesend, doch wird sich das hoffentlich bald wieder ändern. Werde wieder hier übernachten :)

Als positiven Aspekt erwähnen wir die Nähe zum Zentrum, den kostenlosen Parkplatz und das relativ ruhige Zimmer. Als negativ bewerten wir das keine Gläser ( Wein& Sekt, Bierglas) auf Zimmer waren und ein Wasserkocher ( Küche vorhanden) haben wir vermisst. Das Frühstück ist absolut zu empfehlen, nur die Mannschaft im Hotel müsste sich mal einer Schulung unterziehen ( Contenance ).

Si mejoran un poco, el hotel está bien

Las habitaciones son correctas, y la atención tambien, pero al hacer el chek-off tenian fuera de servicio el ordenador, lo que hizo muy complicado y engorroso hacer la reserva el la compañia aerea. el champú el ultimo dia estaba agotado y no lo habian repuesto.

Zimmer zur Straße raus, sehr laut. Ventilator so laut, dass man nachts nicht schlafen kann. Minibar ohne Kühlschrank. Die Getränke und Süßigkeiten sind in einem Schrank unter dem Fernseher untergebracht und schön warm. Auf Nachfrage,warum der Kühlschrank fehlt, wurde geantwortet, dass der nicht vorhanden sein muss. Das Wasser war morgens und nachts nicht warm. Das Personal ist teils nicht sehr kundenfreundlich. Anstatt die Mängel zu beseitigen, wird dem Kunden ein schlechtes Gewissen eingeredet. Das Hotel ist für uns keine vier Sterne wert. Nie wieder!

Muss nicht wieder sein.

Ein eher durchschnittliches Hotel zum gehobenen Preis. Ein Parkplatz ist vorhanden aber auch recht voll. Vor allem abends bekommt man nicht immer einen Stellplatz. Das Hotel ist recht gut ausgebucht, so dass man sich nicht unbedingt um die Anliegen der Gäste kümmern muss. Ich werde beim nächsten Besuch in Freiberg ein anderes Hotel wählen.
