"Hotel 39 is like my home away from home as for a hotel of this size with a super excellent staff it feels like home. Not even the all inclusive hotels come close and I've stayed at all of those properties in Montego Bay for work as well as personal, I would chose Hotel 39 every time."

"We never made it to the room. No one could confirm the reservation we waited over 30 minutes and finally gave up and ended up in a different hotel. Also when we got there the description of the place was not what it really was."

"Bathroom sink stopped up. Ceiling fan wobbly and hanging over bed. Called phone number given for repairs and the owner screamed at me for calling about repairs was so rude. Called Expedia they contacted owner who said he would send maintenance. He sent a housekeeper by nothing got repaired. "

"Butler was attentive and took care of all my needs. Bar tenders were amazing and friendly. Food was fair. Restaurants was always book for reservations. Expedia charged me for a swin in suite but put on my reservations a junior suite. Resort did not honor what i paid for. My room was very nice but not what i booked through Expedia. Very angree about that. "
