"Very clean throughout. The staff were attentive, friendly, and respectful. The food at all four restaurants and the café was excellent—fresh with a great variety. The only downside was the pool water, which had a bitter, unusual taste—I couldn’t quite tell what it was (it didn’t seem like salt or chlorine)."

"I am writing to formally express my concern and disappointment regarding a recent reservation. Upon arrival, I discovered the property I booked was overbooked. I was then sent to a different property that was far below the standard of what I had originally paid for. Due to the unacceptable conditions, I chose to check out early and did not stay. Despite these circumstances — which were entirely out of my control — I have been informed that I am not eligible for a refund. This is unacceptable. I booked and paid for a specific property and standard of accommodation. The alternative offered did not meet those standards, and I should not be penalized for the property’s overbooking issue. I expect Hotels.com to honor its commitment to customer satisfaction and issue a full refund for this reservation. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter. Thank you for your attention to this issue. I look forward to your timely response. "

"All you get is a nice view ! Sheets stained or possibly not changed at all .change on table from the last guest. Everyone who worked there was nice . Pool was nice. Hot water and WiFi is good. Room was extremely disappointing. Run down and not maintained well. Confusing check in."
