Hyatt Regency Boston/Cambridge
10/10 Excellent
"Location is great for visiting MIT or Harvard. The colleges are all within walking distance. View of the river is amazing! Short uber/lyft ride to Boston and the sights.
Onsite restaurant is good. We ate at the restaurant several times, once for dinner and 3 times for breakfast.
No complaints. "
"First - the staff at the check in reception area were so nice. The whole check in and check out process are automated and self-guided on a kiosk. It was really fast and easy. The Newport street view rooms in this hotel are INSANE. We were so impressed by the cleanliness, newness, and full update / hip vibes of the hotel lobby (2nd floor) and of our room. The king room we were in was REALLY small but the space was configured so well that it didn’t matter.
The breakfast buffet downstairs is one of the best for hotel breakfasts. Coffee bar and service staff are awesome! The food was great. Lots of good protein and carb options for all kinds of eaters.
Actually my only complaint is that I called the hotel to ask for information about parking options. The automated service (not a real person) told me that I should check the faq on the website as options near the hotel would be provided. The website told me “there’s no parking”. 😩"
"Great location and very nice modern hotel. Their continental breakfast was included and it was really good too. Very close to Harvard street, which is where there are a TON of food options. I would definitely stay here again."
"We attended a concert at Fenway Park and it was wonderful to walk back and be in our room and in bed within 4 minutes!
The next day we took advantage of many walkable restaurants and pretty sights!
The staff also went put of their way to make us feel welcomed.
Will definitely stay there again."
