The staff are warm and welcoming, always happy to help. Breakfast buffet has a wide selection of local high quality food. The same is true for the evening meal. The hotel is in a quiet area with plenty of local hiking routes in the Bavarian forest. "

Leider wurde kurzfristig das in der Buchung enthaltene Frühstück abgesagt. Hier erfolgte eine Minderung des Reisepreises. Des Weiteren war leider der Wellnessbereich (Sauna/ Whirlpool etc.) des Hauses, mit Ausnahme des Freizeit- und Fitnessraum, nicht geöffnet. Dies wurde uns aber vorab nicht mitgeteilt! "Nicly situated hotel with beautiful view over Bodenmais. Pool, sauna, garden, restaurant and bar at the hotel. New proprietors (June 2025) which did everything to make us feel welcome and at home. A lot of out door activities avaliable in vicinity. Summer rodel was on our 12-year top list. Staying at Luca in Bodenmais gave access to a local activity card which gave really good discounts on a lot of activities - for instance was two tours with summer rodel at Silberberg, ski lift and tour in...

"Wir waren für den Besuch des Baumwipfelpfades und des Naturzentrums dort. Vom Hotel ist man in 15-20 Min zu Fuß gemütlich dort hin gelaufen. Das Haus selbst hat seine besten Zeiten lange hinter sich, aber für eine Nacht ist es o.k.. Die Betreiberfamilie war sehr freundlich."
