Das ganze Hotel war super. Die Einrichtung und kleinen Details überall modern, aber gleichzeitig warm und zum Wohlfühlen. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Spa-Bereich, Pool, Garten, Terrasse laden zum Entspannen ein. Frühstücksbuffet und das 5-Gänge-Menü am Abend waren ein Traum. Haben nichts auszusetzen und werden definitiv mal wieder kommen.

Von Anfang bis Ende ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Das Hotel ist ruhig und sehr schön. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause und es fehlt einem an nichts. Das Essen sowie der Service sind absolut top! Wellnessbereich (Aufgüsse in der Sauna 3x am Tag), Schwimmbad und Fitnessraum super! Nachmittagsjause sehr zu empfehlen und reichhaltig. Leider im SPA keinen freien Termin ergattern können, da bereits ausgebucht. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit gerne wieder buchen!

Hospitality Business at it's best!

Beeindruckend fand ich vor allem die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft aller Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter. Von der Buchung über die Rezeption, das Housekeeping und den Wellness Bereich bis zum Restaurant und der sehr guten Bar waren ausnahmslos alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sehr warmherzig, offen und ehrlich daran interessiert, unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten! Sehr aufmerksam ist auch die regelmäßige Runde des Eigentümers beim 5-gängigen Abendessen, der sich an jedem Tisch nach dem Wohlergehen seiner Gäste und nach Anregungen für Verbesserungen erkundigt und dabei viel Zeit mitgebracht hat. Hier sind alle von ganzem Herzen dabei, ihren Gästen eine gute Zeit zu bereiten. Hospitality Business at it's best!

Leider sind die Standardzimmer 80er Jahre Stil. Vor allem das Bad mit den braunen Armaturen. Im Wellnessbereich sind in den Ruhebereichen leider Glasschiebetüren. Diese lassen zum Einen viel Lärm durch (von den Duschen) und sind zum Anderen beim Öffnen u Schließen sehr laut. Im Ruhebereich gibt es keine leise Wellnessmusik. Der Service und das Essen war top. In der toll eingerichteten Rezeption, Bar und Restaurant erwartet man keine so veralteten Zimmer. Leider hat die Buchung über Expedia nicht geklappt. Die Reservierung ist im Hotel nicht angekommen obwohl wir von Expedia die Bestätigung hatten. Der Service hat sich aber sehr bemüht und uns trotzdem die Übernachtungen ermöglicht.
