"My room did not look clean prior to entering. I did not have toilet paper and when I asked for hand soap downstairs, I was told they were out. They offered me an extra shampoo to use to wash my hands. I had to get a clean towel from downstairs also. The bathroom looked like it had not been wiped down as my mirrors had water stains and the counter was not cleaned. It looks like the floor hadn’t been vacuumed in a while either. For the quick turnaround trip I did, this was fine. But I won’t be coming back. "
