"Hampton inn newly refurbished "

"We had two minor issues. The TV was set to the wrong mode making viewing impossible and the lighting was poor in the corner near the coffee table. The staff handled these issues quickly and efficiently by adjusting the back of the TV and by providing a standing floor lamp. We appreciated the service and the comfort of the rooms."

"Pool and spa were a good size. Just wish the pool was actually heated. Everything else was great."

"Everything was dirty. The staff was rude. I didn't want to walk on the floor without shoes in my room. I was refused an extra pillow. I was concerned for my safety as well. Would not recommend."

"The staff at Hampton this am 10-19-2025 was absolutely wonderful. All the trolley carts were gone and a wonderful young lady offered to help carry my bags to my car. The waite staff also offered a quick breakfast to my daughter and myself before we left very early this am. The staff that you have working at this hotel have always been very cordial and make life less stressful. It is greatly appreciated. Thank You"

"Staff was friendly and our room was clean and felt new. Fresh iced lemon water, delicious cookies and adorable "sleep bags" in the lobby were so nice! We would definately stay again and recommend to family and friends."
