"Great location for dining in the old town - shops close and a tram for getting to the station and around. We took the train to Monaco which was easy to do. Hotel very clean and lovely to walk out across the road to the promenade and the beach. You can just go on the public area- pebbly though!- or can pay for a lounger - quite expensive €20+- the sea shelves quite steeply and if the sea is strong a challenge getting out but we made it. A great place to stay. We went for a cocktail at the Negresco and have to say the service there was really slow and not worth the high cost for a drink. "
"The most luxurious hotel I've ever stayed in! The staff are so warm and welcoming - they make you feel at home as soon as you walk in. We had a deluxe family suite, which was just heavenly. "I had a little issue with my room key on the 1st night but the manager fixed this promptly & also upgrade me to a suite to compensate for this. The staff are very friendly & very helpful. Great location & the best balcony views of the sea"
