"Hotel Staff at very nice and friendly at every place in the hotel. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and they gave us a room upgrade to one of the best rooms in the hotel. Special thanks for guest experience team member Eva she made a beautiful decoration in our room and was pending for every single need we had and was in contact with us all the time. "I had an excellent experience staying at the brand-new Hilton hotel in Guangzhou, China. The hotel is beautiful, modern, clean, and truly deserves its five-star rating. Everything from the facilities to the service was outstanding. What really made my stay special was the exceptional service I received from Ano at the Concierge desk. He went far above and beyond to help me throughout my entire journey. When I first landed in Guangzhou, I quickly realized that my phone service was not working and that Uber was not available here. I was completely unfamiliar with how to get around, but Ano immediately stepped in and helped me set up the necessary Chinese apps, showed me how to use them, and taught me how to navigate the city. What impressed me even more was that on my last day, Ano was actually off work, but he still took the time to show me around and help me experience Guangzhou. That level of dedication and kindness is something I will never forget. Ano was always patient, professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. As someone visiting Guangzhou for the first time, I honestly don’t know how I would have managed without him. Without Ano, I would have been completely lost! He made my trip so much easier, more enjoyable, and stress-free. Hilton is very fortunate to have someone like Ano on their team. His service represents exactly what five-star hospitality should be. "This is probably one of the best Rosewoods I have ever stayed in. Everything about our stay was perfect. It was my birthday and they made me feel very special. I have stayed at other 5* hotels in Guangzhou but from now on this is the only place to stay. Pool beautiful and not crowded. Both bars very busy and great atmosphere. Really couldn’t fault it. Room was sensational too!!"
