After the initial nine hours, when I realized that there was no security for my passport, credit cards, cash and computer, I left the hotel and never returned. Therefore, this visit (which I added and paid for before arriving in Fortaleza) actually never happened. The first visit was for the dates of January 4-7, 2020, which barely happened, and this one was for the dates of January 7-9, 2020, when I had no reason to return there, as the service was beyond unacceptable.

I paid for three days from January 4, 2020 to the morning of the seventh, but because I had a night flight from Rio de Janeiro, I actually arrived at 3:00 am on January 5. And because I had not yet seen the conditions of the place, I also booked and paid for two more days, as I was leaving on the 9th. When I checked in and went to my room I found that the old-style safe was missing the part with the key; therefore, it was not safe to leave my passport, credit cards, computer, cash, etc.

Felt like a 'family' run hotel: friendly, amenable, comforting; Pool modest size but good access and quiet, Breakfast good access times, and plentiful, good selection of fruits especially; Rooms spacious, air-conditioned, with en-suite bathroom

The hotel is fine for the price and it's close to the beach. Not very much going on beside that. It's old, but they were remodeling while we were there. The rooms are HUGE and very well lit.

A tv não funcionava, parecia mais um monitor de computador. Falei com o atendente por duas vezes mas o problema não foi resolvido. Quarto e corredor com cheiro de mofo. O ar e o café foram bons.

Pode melhorar a manutenção do quarto
Os lençóis estavam limpos e cheirosos, o ar condicionado é novinho, mas o banho deixou muito a desejar. Chuveiro velho e entupido, não sai água direito. Além disso o rejunte do box está todo mofado, foi bem desagradável. A manutenção do quarto também deixou a desejar, marcas de infiltração, teto mal pintado, armário estragado.

Local precisa de uma reforma, os móveis dos quartos são velhos, banheiros horríveis, estacionamento ruim, precisa melhorar em vários aspectos, o café da manhã é a única coisa que presta e olhe lá, precisa melhorar bastante em vários aspectos.

Os funcionários da recepção e limpeza são muito solícitos, porém as instalações são péssimas. O quarto que ficamos o cartão magnético nos dado não funcionou nenhuma vez, a porta estava com problema em que quase não abria, o frigobar descascando com risco de choque. Enfim o pior quarto.

Não recomendo
Hotel bem antigo, vitro do banheiro não fecha, enfim, boa localização, porém, as condições da acomodação e péssima/ruim, tudo muito bem antigo e sem manutenção, como: terneiras enferrujas e pingando, descarga fica vazando, box em acrílico antiga, as portas e maçaneta muito sujo, enfim, precisam de limpeza, pintura, manutenção. Toalhas muito encardida, suja, parece pano de chão, espero que melhorem, pois a localização e ótima.

Hotel com aspecto de ABANDONO, sujeira no estacionamento, banheiro com muito mal cheiro. Quarto são realmente amplos. Porém não há nada no frigobar, não há limpeza e o café da manhã é HORRÍVEL.

Limpeza Zero. Do dia que chegamos até a saída (02 diárias) sem nenhuma limpeza no quarto e banheiro. Jamais voltarei neste estabelecimento, aliás os órgãos competentes não fiscalizam que por sinal nem deveria estar em funcionamento.

Decepcionante. Hotel está em reforma e não foi informado com antecedência. Elevador sem funcionar, quarto sujo, serviço de quarto insuficiente, café da manhã fraco e funcionários mal humorados. Estabelecimento em condições de receber hóspedes. Não recomendo para ninguém.
