"This hotel needs to shut down. Terrible front desk staff. There was a booking error. I had driven across the state of florida arrived late at night tried to check in the imbecile at the front desk said that the reservation couldn't be canceled. I explained it was a booking error (book wrong date on my app). She said i could book a new room for that night but refused to switch the dates. I will be filing a lawsuit shortly against these criminals. I was forced to continue to drive while sleep deprived to find another place to stay since i refused to reward these criminals with my business. Stay as far away from Holiday Inn and ALL of their properties. Thanks for nothing jerks. This happened April 7 at 9.50pm. The front desk lady was an asian female. she'll also be personally sued in the lawsuit. Thanks for nothing Nightmare Inn."

"The hotel was amazing and highly recommend if you’re going solo or with a group of friends and family. The beach view is beautiful. Staff were friendly especially when I left my key card in my room. I was impressed by the Remedy (restaurant inside Beal house). Their kitchen was closing at 10pm and they were able to accommodate my order last minute."
