Booked room with king bed and balcony but only got a room with two queens and no balcony. Really wanted the balcony but wasn’t gonna move the second day and they apparently didn’t have one available the night we arrived. Food was great and service good. Nice place to stay.

The staff is always wonderful. Downtown is a great area to see art, eat well, and has great live music.

Terribly noisy from the road. So bad they supplied ear plugs in the bedside table. No rest until early in the morning from Harleys and revving cars that felt like they were in our room. Hard uncomfortable bed. Big room but only 1 chair and tiny bathroom. Asked for no feathers in room in advance and was not done and could only give us one non-down pillow to split b/n my wife and I. Good location and nice marble but not much else worth the price

Nice affordable property close and walkable to the main attractions. Friendly staff. Has a pool, small gym, bar and coffee shop on site and small convenience store. Everything you need. Rooms are large. Was very quiet. One of the best nights of sleep I’ve had in a hotel.

The Tv did not work in our room. And then I was over charged for breakfast and the woman did not know what she was doing so I never got a refund and we missed breakfast and my kids were late for softball waiting on her trying to figure It out.

Everything about this hotel was very nice and acceptable. The only downfall is the beds themselves. These were the most uncomfortable beds we have slept in and had a poor nights sleep. The pillows were just as bad.

The Moring breakfast I paid $15 for was not worth it.
The oatmeal was cold and the rest of the food was warm at best. The coffee was ok, but they did not have the correct lids for the cups they had

This was a last minute trip planned to see family for the holidays and needed a pet friendly place. We were pleasantly surprised and the employees were so pleasant and accommodating. No continental complementary breakfast but has a great bistro with a Starbucks. Our room was perfect for us and grandbabies and our dog. The gated well fenced dog area for outside was nice as well as the heated inside pool. We’ve already talked about booking our next visit.

Our stay and comfort was fine. We entered and exited through the stairway, which was in need of cleaning. Our room was clean for the most part, but the bathroom needed a little attention. The beds were clean and wonderful! My wife said there was a slight musty smell, but I didn't notice it at all. Nice quiet room!
