"The room is very clean and the staff at the reception friendly. We love the diner close by! Very convenient and it open at 5:30 am so we get our breakfast before leaving. "

We enjoyed the history of the Fort. The Fort itself and the Historical Museum was very informative and the workers there were friendly and helpful.

Cute in some areas, a typical southern sprawl town in others. But the people were friendly. They'd never seen a boom in business like the 2024 eclipse, and they likely never will again.

We come here once or twice a year for dance competition and enjoy the local coffee shops and restaurants the city has to offer.

The wife is an antique buff, and she found the shopping there to be great. Ft. Smith has a small town feel, which is nice.

It's a small town that's been around for a long time, so there's an older section and a newer section, which is where the hotel is. If we'd have had time we would have liked to check out the National Cemetery.

Nice venue at temple live. Probably not the safest area but we felt safe
"I stayed here on the way to my destination and on the way back. It’s in a very safe area which is extremely important to me because I was traveling with my kids. The rooms are very clean, a bit dated but that is the vibe so it wasn’t concerning. Beds are extremely comfortable and we needed a roll away on the drive back and we were accommodated with no problems. Breakfast was hot, delicious and amazing. There is a variety of options and they even have yogurt and oatmeal if you don’t feel like something heavy or sugary. The staff is super nice and super helpful. If I’m ever passing through Fort Smith again, I will be coming back. "
