"The HeartSong (and the DreamMore for that matter) is one of the nicest resorts to stay in the beautiful state of Tennessee, because it’s staffed by some of the nicest folks East Tennessee has to offer. The amusement park goes through staffing highs and lows, but Dolly’s resorts take all the best people and make the experience so much more meaningful. Checking in is a breeze (we accidentally got an early check in while getting our trolley pass and time saver passes, which yes you can do that before you even check in). The resort itself has anything and everything you might need so you don’t have to leave or want for anything (although sometimes you might have to pay for it). Easy access to the park and timesavers are an incredible perk, and you’ll never have to worry about a lack of fun things to do even if you stay at the resort. From the time you park until the time you pack and go, you will love your experience here. "

"This place was wonderful. The best place to stay in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. Lots of different things to do! Swim, Eat, Arcade Games and Gem Mining! Very easy access to get to everything. The rooms were so clean and very cozy! "
