La réceptionniste était très accueillante ! Elle nous a permis de prendre notre chambre 2h avant l’heure du Check in sans supplément et à été très très sympathique ! La chambre est moyenne mais pas de déconvenue ... plutôt propre mais très sombre ... salle de bain un peu vieille ... mais franchement au vu des prix pratiqués au mois de janvier et pour passer juste une nuit c’est siffisant... magasins et restaurants à proximité et plage à 40mîutes à pieds ... proche aéroport également ... aucun regret ...

We booked the room primarily for price $300 for 4 nights. If you’re expecting 4 or 5 star accommodations you should probably look elsewhere. The property was older and a bit dated but suited our needs. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property is relatively close to Lauderdale by the Sea and Wilton Manors. Uber rides to Wilton cost around $6 which was a good deal and it took us about 10 minutes to get to Lauderdale by the Sea (depending on day/time). The hotel is close to Publix grocery store and Dunkin Donuts which was also a plus.

My husband and I booked a room with one king size bed but our room's AC was broken so we got a two dobule beds room instead. The bathroom smelled like marijuana and one of the beds had a black stain on its bed sheet. I didn't want to touch anything there. We tried to find a cheap stay because we just had to sleep for a few hours before our flight, but we would find somewhere more clean and at least decent even though it would cost us a little more next time.

Front desk was great. Elevator was broken. Room was in poor condition. Torn drapes, missing trim, broken tiles. Hotel was quiet and I slept fine, but will not stay again. Details matter, and there is a happy medium between condition and price.

This hotel was ok. I didn't have high expectations. I needed an affordable room for 6 night and thats what I got. The housekeepers came daily. No one bothered me. There werent any shady situation that I noticed. There was lots of food options within walking distance. And access to public transportation practically outside the door. My only complaint is that the wifi didnt work for my entire stay. Luckily i had plenty of cellular data.
