Pictures must have been taken 30 years ago. Air conditioner so noisy it kept me up at night. Broken down decor. Staff seemed friendly enough and trying their best. Just really shoddy and spooky old resort feels abandoned. Definitely a bargain price but not at all what I expected from the pictures.

All was as expected, the check-in was a smooth transition, the room was very ckean, the staff were very helpful and professional and the view of the golf course from our room was beautiful to wake uo to. The pool wasnt open, which was a shame as it looks like a good sized area to chill and relax.

Toilet wasn’t working ,pool closed for maintenance, gym what gym?, the room had a roach. I paid $249 for the night, nothing to do, packed all my swimsuits to go swimming but nothing ! No restaurant. Staff was amazing!

Cheap place to stay compared to other properties in Miami area so must consider that. Property is a bit outdated and could use renovations but room was very clean which is important. Last night we had a mishap. Sewerage backup into our tub (liquid only). Nasty but the rectified it immediately and gave us a new room on second floor. Overall happy with property for the price and would stay there again. Sits on a very nice golf course

Check in and out of were easy. The bed appeared clean, overall room was dirty, the floor was filthy. Very noisy. Staff outside our room this morning before 6 a.m., chatting up a storm. Neither the toilet or sink drains were functioning properly. For the price we paid, this was extremely disappointing.

The place is very outdated.The room had a musky smell(like old).The plumbing was bad because when we showered or brushed our teeth the water would sit there and go down veryyyy slowly.The tv did not work; we turned it on and it said it was having problems to connect,and then it did not shut off. The beds were ok. The staff was very nice and welcoming. I wont go back!

Viewing photos of this property, we were excited to stay here we thought it looked beautiful, and that the amenities were great. The reason it took me so long to respond to the survey is due to being engaged the night before and just being excited about that however, the bedsheets were wet. There was a stain on them, and when we went to consult the front desk about new sheets, they let us know that they did not have any additional sheets instead, they gave us a blanket from behind the counter they said it was the only one that they had and we laid it down and we slept on that Initially I only had shorts and I slept in the dress that I was engaged in because it was floor length and I was freaked out we were shoes the entire time we did not utilize the shower or the sink because it was disgusting. The television did not work nor were there any outlets very readily available to use.

The staff was very helpful, and good at their jobs. They didn’t have hot water the night I stayed. As well as my first room had no AC . Second room wasn’t cleaned yet completely , only beds were made . Complimentary breakfast was 3 or 4 items that were all empty but the gravy and biscuits. After sitting down and looking at the food, decided not to eat it and get breakfast somewhere else . Was rough .
