The beaches were absolutely beautiful and the food was delicious, with a great variety at every meal. "Sandals Grande Antigua truly outdid themselves to make us feel like cherished guests. Charmantha works at the pizza place. After our first visit, she greeted us by name and would talk with us about Antigua and the culture. When my husband lost his wedding ring in the ocean (the only bad part of our trip and not Sandals’ fault), Deshawn at the Mediterranean club desk went above and beyond to try to find it. He even brought in someone with a metal detector to search for it! Keon, the Club Concierge, made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We attended the cocktail hour and had a blast with some good food, funny games and lots of laughter! Too many names to remember, but the staff overall (housekeeping, snorkeling staff, bartenders, activities staff and restaurant staff) was impressive. They want their guests to have an incredible experience and they work hard to make it happen! We look forward to returning to Sandals Grande Antigua!"

"I had a wonderful stay at this property and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Antigua. The location is one of its biggest highlights—there are several restaurants and food options, as well as a supermarket, all within a short and convenient walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, which made it an ideal place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and I was very pleased with the amenities provided. The property gave me a comfortable home-away-from-home experience while still allowing me to enjoy the feel of living like a local. One thing to keep in mind is that the walls in some rooms are quite thin, so noise from neighboring rooms can occasionally be heard. However, this did not take away from my overall experience. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The combination of the convenient location, peaceful surroundings, cleanliness, and local atmosphere makes this property a great option for travelers looking for an authentic Antigua experience. I would happily stay here again!"
