"When I travel to Crescent City, CA this is my favorite place to stay. It is located at the edge of town and is right next to Ocean World Since my last stay, they have updated rooms with new beds which was so nice after a long drive, the kitchen area was updated and with thatbeing done, makes you feel like your right at home. The young lady working check in has PHENOMENAL customer service and so polite and friendly. The interior and exterior of the hotel was clean. It was quiet compared to my last stay. My only complaint with this property is that the carpets in the room(s) needs to be thoroughly cleaned. I highly recommend slippers or socks that you don't care about because they will be black from the carpet. Overall, no other complaints, and I enjoyed my stay."

"Very confusing to find at first and the grounds that it’s on is a bit off putting because it’s not the nicest but once you drive back to the rooms the area is much cleaner. The room sits right on the shoreline and the rooms were much nicer than expected especially for the price. I will definitely stay here again and take advantage of the water activities. For that area it is a hidden gem!"

"The rooms were clean and well furnished and the staff was friendly and helpful. Helped us understand where to find the Redwoods we had come a long way to see. The computers weren't working when we first arrived and the fellow at the desk was very frustrated that he couldn't get us checked in right away. He was able to resolve the problem and soon got us settled in. The breakfast was nicely done and well stocked. We just had a very pleasant stay."

"This was an unexpected trip due to the fact that we were in Crescent City when we booked the room and had not noticed that this hotel was not in Crescent City. We were at first a little bummed that we had made the mistake of booking in another town, but after we arrived were not disappointed. We arrived around 10 pm so could not really take in the surroundings. When we awoke at 6 am, we were so pleasantly surprised at what we first thought was a mistaken book of a hotel. The hotel is in an awesome location, and it was really cool to see all of the fishing boats outside our balcony room facing the ocean. When we went to breakfast..... what a delight! The breakfast room had so many options on its buffet. We felt so welcome and enjoyed having conversations with fellow breakfast goers. We had a great stay and enjoyed touring travel trailers and motorhomes at the harbor sale. The candy shop in the harbor has always been a favorite, and it also did not disappoint as the owner showed us his hobby work for sale and if you get a chance you should check that out too1"
