We had a very late check-in and the staff were friendly and very welcoming! The room was clean, bed was comfy and we had a great view from our room. wifi was excellent! Breakfast again we were amazed, a full English! The location is perfect, walking distance to many attractions. You really are in the heart of the city! Can't recommend this hotel enough!
