"Great location a few minutes walk into town nice view from the hotel on the promenade. This hotel is now dated and requires some general maintenance, but the rooms and general areas are all very clean plus nice freindly staff and environment. Would i stay here again yes definitely. "
"A very nice hotel. Stayed for 1 night in August. Friendly staff, good service. Hotel came with free continental breakfast which supplied an array of choices. Room clean with tea and coffee facilities. All in all a very pleasant stay."

We booked a room for 2 adults and one child, we added our child on at a later date, we spoke over the phone and were assured we only needed to pay for his breakfast and the sleeping arrangements had been sorted. When we checked in that wasn’t the case but the lovely man on reception quickly sorted an extra bed for us, he was very friendly and helpful, he’s a credit to the hotel. The only negative about the room is the heat, we did have a fan which made it bearable. The room was lovely, very comfortable, clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was lovely, friendly staff and excellent service. We ate in the restaurant the night before, again very nice food with excellent service. We would definitely recommend this hotel. "
"Did not receive instructions. Arrived and stood unable to get in. The number on the booking was not in service. Managed to find another number but did not take calls, text only. Property has character but stained carpets were offputting. Wifi did not extend to bedrooms. Cockroach found in utensil drawer was alarming and the rest of the stay was then very uncomfortable. "
