"The first day/night were fantastic. They had complimentary coffee, hot water and lemonade available to guest. The elevator and hallways were clean, and the breakfast the next morning was great… but after that it went downhill. There must have been some event going on in town cause the hotel was overflowing with 13-17 year old high school kids. Because of that, the hallways and elevator were a mess! Ice cream smeared all over the elevators and water spilled all over the hallways. There was constant screaming and yelling all night. When I went down to get some complimentary hot water to make tea, I discovered that it was taken away. When asked why they said it was because the HS kids were misusing it. My issue is that instead of addressing the problem with the guests causing issue, they punish the others that paid full price for their stay. Breakfast was advertised as 6am-9am but for some reason it was now moved to 7am-9am on the last two days. That was an inconvenience for those of us that had plans. I don’t know if that is also a result of the disrespectful kids, but it was frustrating when most hotels have a consistent breakfast time. I would not recommend this place again due to the management and lack of advertised amenities."

"Both of the mattresses in room 332, were extremely hard and uncomfortable! They were much worse than any of the other rooms, I have stayed on, on the property. This room did not have a microwave, like all the others I have stayed in, at this property."

"The breakfast was not good/ didn’t have anything much to eat. When checking in the staff was someone helpful but when checking out they were no were to be seen you had to literally call to get there attention since they were on their phone. When I informed that I was charged for 6 rooms and that I had only requested 3 they would not give a refund for rooms I didn’t even request for then on top of that they had said I had checked in to all the rooms when I checked in to 3 with a deposit. They are not helpful at all."

"Shuttle service from the airport to this hotel! You have to call and make reservations! Does not say that on their website! Very disappointed and had to get a very expensive Uber ride to the hotel! This was after long day of cancellations for flights and arrived at airport at 9:15pm. Was looking forward to getting on the “ free shuttle “ to this hotel and going to bed! Need to be clear on their website on “ shuttle!"

"Room was clean. It's an older building so you can see the layers of paint and some quick repair work that they've done. Unfortunately, I had a connecting room with a very loud talker next door so the walls are a little thin. Staff was very friendly and they have nice breakfast and dinner options. Parking is spaceous with additional around the back. Not sure if I felt safer or concerned with local pd routinely rolling through the parking lot. "
