Top Forest County Historical Society Hotel Reviews
Days Inn by Wyndham Eagle River
10/10 Excellent
"We arrived in town after a long drive it was sure nice to have a cool, clean, ready to go room. The staff were very nice and helpful. We had our dog and the dog fee was actually fair. We were unable to use the 24 hour pool because of our dog, but it looked lovely.
Breakfast was good and they have outdoor tables super nice option.
Parking is easy and access to the building was easy as well."
"Excellent facility & staff. We always try to stay at a Holiday Inn Express because they uphold an excellent standard, & we have never been disappointed. We were so grateful to get a room July 4th thru the 7th after our terrible stay at the Comfort Inn Rhinelander that we left after 1 night."
"I was very happy with my queen suite room. There were two beds and a small pull out couch. The pull-out was behind a small partition so it actually felt like a separate space. That little space also came with a separate TV. The beds were comfortable and the room was a good size. Unlike other hotels, the bathroom felt far enough away from the beds that it felt as though there was actually some privacy. The shower came with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The towels were soft and absorbent.
The breakfast was served from 6-9 on weekdays and 7-10 on weekends and was adequate. There were breads, waffles, cereal, yogurt, fruit, etc. There were also dishes of eggs, potatoes. and sausages. For drinking, there were juices, milk, coffee, and teas. I though everything was good and my kids enjoyed the food.
The pool was small but worked for us. There were always plenty of towels. I never got a chance to use the fitness room but it looked to be adequate, although a bit small.
Check in and check out were easy processes. Overall, it was definitely a good say and would stay there again."
