"Ice maker on the 5th floor… stayed during a storm lost power no generator so from 945pm til I check out the next morning at 830 am no power … never do staff check on anyone I understand it is a large hotel but could have made some effort… when asked what would of happened if a person needed power for medical reasons was told they would have to call ambulance… to rack up an extra bill some may not be able to afford…"

"We would have liked to see a rubber foot mat in the shower to keep from slipping. My dad is 86. We did have a wonderful time and especially loved the food at Capriccios and the pastry shop across the hall. We will visit again ❤️ ~lori"

"It was such a nice clean place! They have everything on sight that you could possibly need! We really enjoyed the pool, pb&j bar, and the Elvis movies nightly! I do wish there were maybe popcorn for the movies! But over all it was a fantastic place! I also was super excited to know how close it really was to Graceland! It was a beautiful place! There were even some walking trails!"

"The question asked how clean was the property, the outside was well maintained , the lobby was clean, but the roon was very out dated and dirty. Website did not state shuttle times for airport drop off. My flight was at 5am, shuttle was from 430am to 11pm. Also website did not state there was a daily fee to leave your car there while gone."
