The room was decorated with a nice urban style and the size was also decent. It's location in walking distance to the old town and by the train station makes it also very attractive. The shower was awful. The separation glass was so short that you would end up with a half flooded bathroom everytime somebody showers. The shower head was not very suitable for its purpose either. And the staff that checked us in seemed to be kind of untrained. We came by car and they let us in the garage without telling us that there was an extra daily charge for it nor updating our room cards. The next evening therefore we could not get into the garage (because of the not updated cards) and the staff that was there that day (a different person) let us know that we cannot get in because we had not booked nor paid for it... We would have done it the first day of course if we had been informed about it.

Staff was amazing and very well positioned property. The only constructive criticism is if you are claiming to be environmentally conscious property with your initiative, i.e: low pressure showers and offering not to change towels and clean the room daily, don’t charge the same fee for guests that support these initiatives versus the guests that do not. Please have some skin in the game before touting green initiatives for your guests.
