"Yes- the property was and is breathtakingly beautiful but what makes every stay amazing & unforgettable is how the staff is and at Casa Britona- they are exceptional! Hospitality and warmth with an attitude of "how can I help?" for every slight irk one might have during the booking process and stay, they emulate the "Mi casa, su casa" vibe at every step and every minute of the stay. Their towels and their linen is not hygienic and really old. I do like this property, but they really have to do it up service, the bathrooms and get new linen and towels."
