Fokai adventure
The hotel room was small and moderate furnitures. Cleanliness: moderate. First day no housekeeping. We learned that we had to ask. Second day it was ok. Bathroom is a little bit old. Closet had some dark spots. Breakfast ok. The scenery of the breakfast place wonderful. Service was ok. They are friendly, positive and try to solve the problems.

Nice hotel with a great location
Nice hotel with a great location at old Foca. It is 30 seconds walking distance to the sea and there are lots of restaurants within 5-10 min walking distance. We stayed at the roof top room with a terrace of its own, which was cool. The bathroom did not have a shower cabin, it was open; otherwise i would have given a better rating but it was manageable for 1 night stay.

Weekend trip
The location was good. However, the rooms were too small. Even 2 people couldn’t fit. The ground floor rooms especially, hard to breath in and have no really day light, all gloomy and dark.

Standart Odalarimiz 130 yıllık tarihi, taş (Rum Evi) binada yer aldığından ölçülerini değiştirebilme şansımız maalesef bulunmamaktadır. Ancak, Tüm odalarınız taş binada yer almayıp farklı konsept ve büyüklükte odalarımızda mevcuttur. Rezervasyon yaparken istediğiniz konsepti belirtmeniz durumunda daha farklı odalarımızda müsaitlik olması durumunda bu odalarımızda da konaklama yapabilirsiniz

Foca heaven
Foca is a little bit of heaven in Turkey. This beautiful little boutique hotel was a pleasure from start to finish. Every room was different, had a different name and theme. Its location is directly onto the sea and just a small walk to the main area for shopping and eating out. hotel was clean and so friendly. I would stay again. The buildings and atmosphere is delightful. wonderful place for honeymoon couples.

Foca Antik Hotel is a charming boutique hotel right on the sea coast. The manager and his wife, as well as restaurant staff, went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The location is fantastic, breakfast is delicious, as well as food at the restaurant. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Recommended in Foca
Wet clean, comfortable and friendly small boutique hotel; know the town of Foca well and a number of hotels - from the basic pension to the 5-star - and this is at the top end of what’s on offer. Bedding, towels and room/bathroom all exceptionally clean and bedding/towels regularly changed. Food and drink above average and wide choice and pleasant sea/bay view as dining area at the front of the hotel, where you also experience a decent Turkish breakfast with plenty to choose from. Hotel is at eh quieter end of the town, which is slowly becoming more commercial and touristy, year by year (pity!). Small beach directly opposite hotel and is ideal; it’s quiet during the week, but full on at the weekends especially during the summer months as the ‘spill’ from Izmir turns up! Overall, a very pleasant stay - rooms are all individual in taste and decor, which adds to the quirkiness and uniqueness of the hotel. Staff at the hotel all very pleasant and speak English, if you wish. WiFi worked very well. Would use again next time I visit Fica.

Odaya tam giriş saatinde girdik ve her şey hazır tertemizdi. Sabah kahvaltılsrı çok çeşitli ve lezzetliydi. Konumundan dolayı aşırı huzurlu bir konaklama yaşayabilirsiniz. Güleryüzlü ve yardımsever çalışanları var, butik hotrl olduğu için sıcak samimi bir ortam yaratmışlar. Sadece bizim odamiz giriş kat ve tam hotel giriş kapısına, restoranta bakıyordu o yüzden perde açamadık rezervasyon yaparken odanızı ona göre seçin derim.

Das alte griechische Steinhaus ist sehr originell im antiken Stil renoviertund ansprechend mit vielen Antiquitäten eingerichtet. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr sauber und ruhig gelegen mit einem schönen gepflegten Garten. Die Zimmer sind ziemlich klein. Der Strand liegt direkt gegenüber, ist aber sehr schmal und ohne Liegen und Schirme. Das Einchecken ist nicht ganz einfach, da unmittelbar vor dem Haus nicht mit dem Auto angehalten werden kann. Die Koffer muss man über den Hintereingang bringen. Zur Hauptsaison findet man kaum einen guten Parkplatz. Es gibt ein gutes und ausreichendes Frühstück.

Thank you for your comment. Since our standard double rooms are located in a historical stone building, we have tried to design as wide as possible in order not to damage its texture. If you want to prefer larger rooms, you can choose our suite rooms next time.

Gerek Yöneticisi gerek çalışanları ile çok ilgili, güleryüzlü bir butik otel, Foça Antik. Konumu itibari ile çok merkezi, denize karşı konumlanmış, her yere çok uygun mesafede bir otel. Biz bahçesine bayıldık, hatta pandemi nedeniyle denize hiç girmedik ve bahçedeki şezlonglarda güneşlendik. Odalar çok temiz, konforlu, zevkle döşenmiş. Ödediğiniz fiyata kahvaltı dahil. Fiyatı da makul. Kahvaltı bizim için gayet yeterli idi. Çayı çoookkk seven birisi olarak ben özellikle memnun kaldım. Çünkü istediğiniz kadar ve çok iyi kalitede çay içebiliyorsunuz. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Şimdiden herkese iyi tatiller diliyorum.

el, odalar otantik, sahibi ilgili.
odanın taş duvarlı oluşu ve pencereleri çok otantik bir hava katmıştı. denize sıfır olması bir harika. konumu oldukça iyi. otelin bir arka sokağında park edebileceğiniz ğcretsiz bir otopark alanıda vr. yazın eminim otelin önündne denize girmek çok güzel olur. denizin temizliği süper. otel için sadece banyo biraz daha iyi olabilirdi ama sorun yok. genel olarak güzeldi.
