In the 4 nights we stayed in early September, we saw, from the large windows of our rooms, clear views of the hills and mountain, starry nights, misty cloudy views and even a lightening show. "To say that the photographs of the apartment were misleading would be a misuse of the term. Totally mis-representational would be more appropriate (it was a completely different space). On arrival, there was no-one there to give us keys and no-one answered the phone when we tried repeatedly to call. "This hotel is slightly out of the resort, but its amenities make up for it. It has really cozy lounge area, restaurant with daily menu and most importantly, the staff was the friendliest and super helpful. Will definitely stay here again. "

"spa was very small, pool was cold for the winter time, service was very poor at the hotel but good at the restaurant. rooms were ok but the open area of the bar nearby was loud. there were big corporate groups when we were there so maybe that made it worst. all around very expensive for what we got. but well situated close to center and main roads."

"Excellent location, right in front of the lake. The room was very comfortable and the hotel felt well maintained. Overall, we had a great stay. A couple of small points, however. Considering this is a four-star hotel and that there is a €14 per night fee for dogs, I expected a bit more attention to pets. The only item provided was a simple aluminum water bowl, which we had to request at reception. In other places we have stayed, hotels sometimes offer small extras such as a dog bed or treats, even without charging an additional fee. The breakfast also did not feel quite worth the €22 per guest."

If you want toiletries you have to ask them in reception which sometimes you don’t know what you need until afterwards… "
