"The room was clean. The pool deck had little bits of tissue paper and debris that did not get removed overnight. The pool deck was not tidied up overnight either, chairs straightened etc."

"I was not able to stay in this place because the staff refused services because I was “rude”. There was a language barrier and misunderstanding and they let me without service at 7pm night without a place to sleep "
