"Staff specially the front desk young lady Her name is .. zeba, saber , or ceeba she complements the Hotel by excelling as staff being the first face you see and the way she attends to guests and very welcoming .."

"A very bad experience. When I checked in, the woman at the front desk seemed like she had no desire to work she didn’t even say good evening, and her explanation of where the room was located was given with a poor attitude. The room had a strong musty smell, the sheets had cigarette burn marks, and the bathroom tiles were chipped and deteriorating. The breakfast was very poor as well there was no variety at all. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place, not even for one night."

"Breakfast menu more diverse than usual American hotels. Suite have anything you need, although not very spacious if you are using the extensible double couch. View is ok, except for some rooms that face the lower level roof only. Room clean on arrival but public hallway had crumbles that were not vacuumed for the entire week we stayed there. The day we left they restricted the offer at breakfast because it was too busy. Far from the beach but lots of things to do around, also grocery stores and pharmacies in very close distance. Overall very good experience though , we would stay there again. "
