Very nice people too. Parking was really convenient although, spaces seemed to be limited, we always found a spot. Our room was.. nice. The flooring was a bit rough and needs to be replaced. I would and will, 100% stay here again! "

"We visited The Reach Key West early December because of a great package price from Expedia. The Expedia listing said it had an ocean view. We arrived to find our room had a better view of the parking garage than the ocean. However, the accommodating Hilton staff found us a “premium” ocean view the next day. We were upgraded without an extra charge. The view was beautiful. The restaurant food was very good. The bar is large. Location is nicely away from the busy part of town. "
