"Very nice stay. The staff is so great and very service-minded. The hotel is spectacular with a very good vibe.

is very good and the bed is very comfy. As the hotel is open all year around, they should have a heated pool and also more heat in the room/bathroom as it is rated a five star hotel and the temperature can be quite cold in Florianopolis. Overall, one of the best hotels we have visited in Brasil! "
