Great location 20 minutes from Labuan Bajo by boat free taxi service runs during the day at set times if you arrive after dark you go by road 45 minutes but worth it. Fantastic facilities on site, staff could do enough for you, booked a number of off site trips and diving all planned and made so easy by the staff. But always back for a sun down cocktail on the water.
Been to many countries and stayed in some fabulous places, this is up there with the best!

The staff were very welcoming and kind. The hotel is very central so there were lots of food options within walking distance as well as tour places and the harbour. The room was clean with a very nice bathroom and good air con. We didn’t have any issues with noise. The swimming pool picture is slightly misleading as it is very small and is now part of the Japanese restaurant on the top floor so if you wanted to use it it is within the restaurant seating area.

We had a lovely stay, it's a great place. We are so pleased we stayed here (it was recommended by a tour guide).
Really nice quirky bungalows with a gorgeous outdoor bathroom (no hot water).
The staff are great, very friendly, but the service was very slow. We ordered our meals in advance but it was still late. They were fully booked over Easter & we weren't in a hurry so it didn't affect us, but if you have a deadline you may be frustrated. The food is very good so worth the wait.
