Nice apartment with a cute little balcony. They welcomed us with a bottle of wine and the area itself was perfect. We walked everywhere and there is so much nearby and it’s a very safe area whether your with friends or even alone.

Bring your earplugs

It was very noisy. The front windows of the apartment are old and do not block noise from the street. The interior shutters meant to help create a second barrier do not close properly. One of the bedrooms faces the street and it was loud. At one point, a work truck arrived at 6 AM and began working on the street. The noise made the experience very uncomfortable for sleeping.

Your belongings may not be safe. The morning of our first day our room was broken into and all our belongings were gone through. Luckily only a couple of items were taken. The apartment is controlled by a code on the outside door (which we found left open many times during our stay) and a code on the inside door. Only one key is available for the dead bolt that is also on the apartment door. With 4 of us staying there and not sure if we would all arrive back at the same time, we left the dead bolt unlocked thinking the two codes for door would be enough to keep our stuff safe. It was not and someone pried the door open to get in. Looking at the lock area it seemed to have been repaired before so it may not have been the first time this has happened. Also, getting to the bathroom requires you to go through one of the bedrooms which can be problematic if everyone is not on the same schedule. The apartment is walking distance to many spots and would have been enjoyable stay if not for the break in.

Voyage en famille

Appartement bien situé à 500m du duomo. L’appartement est bien équipé, Clim, cuisine toute équipée, mobilier neuf. Le système de Check in autonome fonctionne très bien. Par contre, la douche mériterait d’avoir des joints neufs, et c’est très bruyant côté rue. Les fenêtres ne sont pas isolés du tout, vous entendez tout !
