Struttura a due passi dal centro (circa 10 minuti a piedi) Stanza molto ampia e confortevole. Tutto molto pulito. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Alessandro e Agata sono stati molto disponibili e simpatici. Torneremo sicuramente.

Telefonlarını açmayan gittiğinizde kapı duvar olan bir tesis.Hotels.com da rezarvasyon sırasında otelin kapalı olduğunu biliyordu Aynı gün saat 16:00 da aynı gün için rezaervasyon alıp 24 saat önce oteli arama şattı koymuşlar harika değilmi 72 saat içinde iade için döneceğiz diyorlar aramıyorlar bile..Kapıda kaldığımızda otel kalıcak yer bulmak için bike destek olunmadı

vooraf: er werd in het verleden (reis ook al in '20 geboekt) gemeld dat er bij aankomst na 13u een deurcode vereist was. 19/6 jl mailtje (na nooit reactie op opmerking bij boeking) gestuurd; geen reactie. 24 en 25/6 gebeld met Expedia NL; konden geen contact krijgen met RB. mede reiziger Ron kreeg Italiaanse Expedia medewerkster aan de lijn die een ander telefoon nr had. nieuwe eigenaar (sinds '21) Allessandro zei niet te kunnen mailen via Expedia account naar mij (EN DEED VERVOLGENS OOK NIETS OM E.E.A. DOOR TE GEVEN). We (Ron dan, ik kwam er niet doorheen) kregen de code (kwartier voor vertrekt naar vliegveld). Allessandro lijkt geen B&B ambities te hebben. ontbijt was belabberd, zondag en maandag geen aanvulling van karige aanwezige ontbijt en kamer niet schoongemaakt op zondag. alleen op maandag de schoonmaakster gezien en verder niemand. enig pluspuntje; we hebben geen toeristenbelasting betaald. hoop nog wel op een directe reactie van Expedia (begrijp ook wel dat in deze tijden de controle af en toe weg is) op de vreemde gang van zaken. mooie stad overigens.

Owner/receptionist was very friendly, helpful, and responsive. There were very loud residents the first night but I sent the hotel a message through Expedia, and it was taken care of right away. Breakfast was a nice surprise! The owner made us fresh cappuccino which was wonderful and so convenient to enjoy breakfast at our hotel. The room was small but clean, private bathroom in our room, hotel was in a good, easy to find location. It was about 20 min walk to Accademia and the Duomo, and 10 min taxi ride to the train station. I would definitely return again!

Location was great. Secure building. The room was clean, the bed and pillows comfortable. The buffet was enough to get you started for the day. A peaceful place to come back to at the end of the day from a busy, noisy city.

Desde antes de iniciar la estadía, sus anfitriones nos contactaron para entregarnos información de como llegar y coordinación del ingreso. La residencia tiene 7 habitaciones, son todas insonorizadas, lo que permite descansar muy bien y sentirse muy cómodo. Además, tienen un pequeño balcón privado, bonito y acogedor. Nos gustó mucho el lugar, muy bien diseñado. Nosotros decidimos caminar todo el tiempo, estando a 20 minutos de la estación central de trenes y a menos de 15 minutos de los principales atractivos turísticos.

The ladies that run this place are very organized and it made for an easy check in process. The night before, they emailed us our own access code with which to gain entry to the building and their b&b area. This meant that we could arrive whenever was convenient for us. The hosts were kind, and the place was clean. We were happy with our stay there, and would go again.
