Absolutely stunning views and a great property. Management friendly and helpful in the rare occasion you need something. I would absolutely stay here again. AC nice and cold, beautiful views, kitchenette area with stove top, refrigerator. Grazie!!!

Beautiful room in a central location with all the main sights a short stroll away. Room well appointed with the most amazing double shower. On the top floor with amazing views from the outdoor terrace. Only drawback was the really loud industrial generator/air conditioner that is on another building behind the room that came on every 30 mins or so all through the night. Lift was out of service on the second day that we were leaving and was a nightmare to hump suitcases down 5 flights of stairs. All up though, good stay and would recommend.

Excellent apartment within easy walking distance of major sights in Florence! Top floor of an office building overlooking Piazza Della Repubblica. Dozens of restaurants within minutes of the front door. Elevator service to the fifth floor and then a dozen or so steps to the apartment door (bring bags that you can carry up a flight of stairs). Nice deck with a view to the Arno River.

My wife and I stayed for two weeks for our honeymoon. The rooftop Duomo view and eating area was amazing. Staying in Piazza della Repubblica was perfect location of Florence. The unit was well appointed with all amenities required. We could live there! Book with no hesitation!

Fabulous luxury retreat!

The apartment was the best apartment I have ever stayed in! Great condition and everything you could need. The free Prosecco and coffee was a bonus I was not expecting! The quality of the finishes in the apartment were amazing as well as the bath robes and towels. But the best bit was the view... what can I say... It's better than the pictures! The apartment was bigger than I expected! The communications with the host were fantastic as I had been running late with flights!

Our stay was pleasant. The unit needs a bit of a upgrade overall to bring back some of the finishes. The shower being in the swim tub was a bit inconvenient. The host was great and very accommodating.

We stayed for a little over 2 weeks while in Italy, the location is awesome, the balcony has a gorgeous view of the city and of the Duomo. AC works great, clean, central. We loved it and would recommend it and stay here again. It is located in the oldest piazza in Florence, 2 restaurants right out the main entrance door and shopping more eating and drinking at every corner. Absolutely amazing!

There were few things which weren’t working Iron was not working hence wouldn’t iron my clothes on the trip It was raining and we thought to use the umbrella - unfortunately that was broken Air conditioning was off and there wasn’t any fan Lot of mosquitoes and no repellent provided Left luggage near reception to be picked up later on the day of departure and when asked for a toilette the woman was rude and directed to go out Only good thing was its location which I am sure there are other options available

3 night stay in Florence

Overall we had a good stay. The location is amazing. Just half a mile from train station. The views from the terrace were spectacular and right in the middle of the square with so many bars and restaurants on your doorstep. The river Arno was only a short walk away. Communication with the management company was also great. However just a few things that could be better: Some sort of window covering on the patio/terrace windows would have helped. The only shower in the property is over the jacuzzi in the middle of the room. Not ideal. Difficult to climb in and out off, plus there was a bad smell from the drain There were a number of devices on the ceiling, assuming smoke alarms but they have a flashing red light which in the dead of night seem much bigger and are irritating Would be good to provide instructions on the dishwasher - maybe it was faulty but we couldn’t get it to work. Also extra bin bags and washing up liquid would be good.
