Great location. Can easily walk to major museums, the Florence core, etc. A short block from the river and a bridge. Spacious. Good for families. Comfortable beds and furniture. Big kitchen. Be aware it’s on the 2nd floor with extremely high ceilings so there are 60 steps up from the street to the condo door. Good exercise but maybe difficult for elderly, strollers, etc. One weird thing is the living room couch had some big drink stains on it. Expensive couch to replace for sure but a big blanket would be an easy short term fix. All in all a great place.

Pros: Villa location is perfect/very spacious. Secure building. AC worked well once maintenance reset all units. Fridge/dishwasher/ washer & toaster worked well. Concierge/maintenance staff were very helpful. Reservation/office staff were excellent with arrival check-in instructions and other villa questions Deficiencies: Need to disclose in the villa listing that its on the 3rd floor, with a walk-up of 62 narrow steps. Huge challenge with heavy suitcases. Bedroom 1 bathroom shower on main leak heavily at base each use. Would soak a towel used to stop the leak. Silicone at base is not sufficient. Needs to be redone. Could only use shower hand wand to prevent a flood on floor if shower head was used. Bathroom vanity is cracked. Light over sink missing light bulb. Bedroom 2 upstairs bathroom toilet did not flush, had to call maintenance to fix. Bedroom 3 upstairs (queen) bathroom didn’t have a toilet seat- had maintenance switch with bathroom toilet on main level by entrance. Took 3 calls/3 days for maintenance to replace toilet seat. Limited bathroom towels. No kitchen dish towels for cleaning up/washing/drying dishes. No basic kitchen supplies like salt/pepper, paper towel/limited toilet paper. Living room needs a better cleaning. Sofa, chair needs a cleaning. Villa was only surfaced cleaned, not deep clean. Villa is described as a luxury accommodation(in the name) & the photos led led us to believe that, and for the price we paid, it did not meet our expectations.

The stay was okay overall. The A/C units didn’t cool very well, especially in the upstairs rooms, which stayed warm. Some of the linens had stains, and there was a noticeable odor throughout the place. The walls could use fresh paint. Also, there’s no elevator, so be prepared to walk up three flights of stairs. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Leilighet med behov for oppussing

Lokalitetene var meget bra, enkelt å gå til de fleste severdigheter. Selve leiligheten er slitt, og de så kalte fire badene er egentlig 3 pluss 1 do. Kun en dusj virket tilfredsstillende. Madrassene i sengene har sett sine beste dager, og kvit sofa var møkkete. Kjøkkenet var godt utstyrt og så bra ut.

Bonito apartamento

El apartamento está muy bien. No tiene internet, al parecer por problemas ajenos a ellos. Para acceder hay que subir bastantes escaleras. Pero una vez arriba la casa es preciosa y está muy cerca de todo. La ubicación es inmejorable. Hemos ido 6 amigas y hemos estado de lujo.
