"We stayed in room 101 right by the lobby. With all the cheerleaders and their families it was WAY too noisy. It was more like a children’s playground than a hotel. The staff should have been more involved. "

"Breakfast only had one staff. Went down at 8 and there was nothing in the trays. Towels got replaced only 1 towel left even though the room was booked for 2 adults. Keys got deactivated the first night when booked for multiple days…not too happy with the stay "

"I like the day I checked out, wish I would have just gone straight to Hyatt instead. Very disappointed with this outdated hotel. I made a big mistake and I won’t make that mistake again. I don’t get it, the area all around this hotel is very modern and yet I felt like I was staying in a +30 year old hotel. I would never stay there again, sorry to the staff who are working hard but the property is seriously outdated and needs a lot of investment to bring it to the level that other hotels maintain in the area."
