Nice room, quiet neighborhood, near train station

We were in Florence for the weekend. We were happy to find a nice place near the train station in what turned out to be a quiet neighborhood. We were within walking distance of all the tourist attractions in the city centre, and less than ten minutes from the train station. We’d definitely stay here again!

We loved the location, staff was great. Id stay again, no air conditioner but we got a fan and were great. Watch out for the mosquitos.

It's in an old building with a smell of humidity in the stairs, no one was there at the reception. The lock was very old and very tricky to work. The location was good, the room and bathroom was very clean. They sent me a WhatsApp with the codes for the doors and where to pick the bedroom key.

The place was old and weary with lots of stairs and no lift, but you get what you are paying for. The location can not be better, close to everything, train, bus or airport transfer. Still in the old town with everything.

I highly recommend this property to the solo traveler that just wants the bare minimum. Though no AC the fan was perfect, the staff was friendly and informative and got a decent work out climbing all the stairs.

An excellent location. A short walk from the train station in one direction, the Arno and the city in the other. A nice little trattoria at ground level and excellent value for location.

Great hotel in excellent location

Great pensioner, staff,location and room were wonderful . Only comments about the room, the bathroom could be better with a shelf to put toiletries, also a soap dispenser rather than packets, there were a great deal of stairs, 5 flights which should be mentioned but the staff helped with suitcases and were v helpful

Great Florence location!

The building needs some renovation and maintenance repairs but it was clean, great location and the service was excellent. There’s s a lot of stairs to walk up with luggage but doable.
