When 3 couples arrived for the night we were very pleased. The hotel, lobby, and bar are all comfortable. Our room was well appointed and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating. We had a problem in our room in the middle of the night, which prevented our sleep. and the resolution could have come quicker but was acceptable in the end

Hotel itself was with very high standard and quality. Location good but our experience with car park and safety in Florence was terrible. Car park near hotel under construction with not friendly reception and construction work dust everywhere. Florence streets are feel unsafe when walking from hotel to restaurant. We ordered taxi back to hotel to avoid any issues. It is beyond disgusting how the mayor and politicians are allowing for such grat destination to be overwhelmed by drugs and lack of safety in the streets!! TBH hotel staff not warned us and we feel to leave Florence as soon as we can.

Room is very spacious. Staff were very accommodating. Lots or restaurants nearby. Hotel is located on the other side of where most tourist attractions are but all of them are very walkable. Quiet neighborhood. Very nice Hotel.

Wonderful hotel, we truly enjoyed our stay! From check in onward everyone was extremely polite and accommodating to us and our two little girls. Our room was amazing and extremely spacious. Breakfast was great and the staff were wonderful. The front desk staff were incredible too and even managed to get us a reservation at a really sought after restaurant. Five stars all around!

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. I really enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to the railway station and major attractions. Hotel bem localizado, atendimento cordial, limpo, bom café da manhã. Ficamos no Quarto casal clássico, que é confortável, cama King , porém, o quarto é pequeno. A localização do hotel é excelente, porém, se for de carro é difícil estacionar em área pública, a zona existe muitos locais que não pode trafegar, exceto se morador, o hotel não possue estacionamento próprio (eles chamam alguém do estacionamento para retirar o carro, o que pode demorar para quando for usar o carro no dia seguinte) e o estacionamento custa 35 euros o dia, transformando para Real fica bastante caro.
