Our room was right off the main lobby and it was extremely loud. Beds were not the comfiest. Breakfast very basic. Excellent area and amazing walking distance to everything. We loved the little cafes down the street for breakfast.

I liked the room they gave me, it was clean and nice. The staff was always available and friendly. The hotel is well located. You reach everything quickly by feet, a carrefour express is in the same street and also the Tram station from/to the airport is close and just straight ahead with 5 minutes. Only thing which I did not like was the breakfast. Real cappuccino etc is a must in Italy. I recommend to close the window because people outside are noisy. But at all I was satisfied. Mille Grazie!

Found this hotel while panic searching a hotel in Florence. I saw they had a room available with a view of the duomo. They were right. I was lucky enough to stay in a newer area of the hotel with a renovated room. The room was clean, pretty, and the bathroom was gorgeous. Be prepared to hand your key in to the front desk every time you leave the hotel (we thought that was strange). You need that key to run the electricity in the room so if you’re traveling when it’s super hot, know that the AC won’t be running and cooling the room down while you’re out and about. There’s an elevated patio area outside with a small bar inside that stays open till about midnight. Great option if you’re back from a long day of walking and need a drink with a slight view. The room had a small fridge (can’t fit much but helps for a few small bottles), a kettle to warm water for tea or coffee, and one AC unit z

Nice Hotel in wonderful location. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were standard but with air conditioning and clean. The breakfast was basic but very good to start the day. We were happy with that. It was just bit not nice to give the leave the keys at the eeceotin every time you leave the hotel

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel California with the exception of an incident that occurred on the breakfast area. There are three steps to sit down to have breakfast and I slipped and had a bad fall. The staff immediately got me ice but they should really add rugs on steps because several people slipped on the same area. Either than that, the rooms were really clean and staff friendly.

The staff were friendly and the location of the hotel is great in terms of all the sights to see, great restaurants and cafes around. However there seemed to be an electrical issue in my room where the power turned on and off every couple of minutes. Other than that the breakfast was great and the location is awesome if you’re in Florence for a short amount of time.

La chambre que j'ai eu ne correspond pas réellement aux photos dans l'annonce. Pour trouver la chambre il faut parcourir plusieurs couloirs. La salle de bain était étroite presque 0,70cm x 0,50cm en plus la douchette était défectueuse. J'ai demandé qu'ils me change la chambre mais malheureusement réponse négative. Bref cet hÎtel ne mérite pas 4 étoiles, 2 étoiles c'est assez. J'ai voulu ajouter des photos que j'ai prise mais l'application ne le permet pas.
