Clean and modern hotel just steps away from the main train station. Also easy location to walk into the main town and not far from the Duomo. Room was clean and stylish, loved the vibe of the hotel and really enjoyed my stay!

Excellent hotel in Florence. Rooms were large for the city, staff were very friendly. Hotel is directly across from the central station. Would recommend, as it is very easy to get to and from central station.

Centrally located, spotlessly clean and helpful staff, it’s a great place to stay to explore Florence plus easy to get the bus or train for adventures further afield. Despite the “soundproofed” rooms claim, they’re not and the noise from the road is also high at times. The bar was shut a number of evenings and don’t bother with a balcony unless you just want to smoke outside.

Pleasant stay at C-hotel Joy

The hotel was very conveniently located, right across the train station. A supermarket and rent a car pick up were close. We enjoyed breakfast and a welcome drink. The front desk was very attentive and helpful. I will stay at this hotel next time.
