"The elevators were absolutely horrible. You have to scan your key, press what floor you are going to and then you are assigned an elevator. It’s so inefficient. We waited 15 minutes for an elevator multiple times. "

"If you just need a place to stay for an emergency night, it’s fine; however, my three-day stay was a bad experience. The place is in dire need of a deep cleaning—there were even a previous guest's panties stuck to the shower curtain. The curtain itself was dirty, as was the carpet, and the sheets were stained. Furthermore, the hallway reeked heavily of cigarette smoke—an odor that seeped right under the door—and the breakfast was a complete disaster: extremely meager."

"The property is very tired, but what it lacks in aesthetics it makes up in specially. The staff is great, and the decor is art deco somewhat, love that. Had very peaceful nights, getting rest for The Flying Pig runs. Even though it looked like there were kids there for prom. If you book here you’re not getting a a four star room, maybe 2.5, but the location and staff make you feel like four stars. I will stay here again when I come back next year."

"Took a shower for about 10 minutes little bit later notice a puddle by the bed and under the bed was completely flooded so they move us to another room get in it and the room smells like sewage badly didn't know why till went in the bathroom the toilet was left clogged up had to fix it myself when we check out in the morning went to get our cash deposit and was informed couldn't get it until 9am cause they locked it up the main reason we do cash deposit is so we can get it back at check out instead of waiting for it to arrive on a debit card"
